A fully booked evening class
The 7 pm reformer class has eight spots and all of them are taken, so two more members join the waiting list. When someone cancels in the afternoon, the next member in line is notified and takes the spot. WhatsApp reminders keep no-shows down, so reformers don't sit empty.
Renewals at the start of the month
At the start of each month you see which memberships are about to expire and get in touch before they lapse. Class occupancy and instructor schedules are in the reports, so you can tell which time slots need more classes and whose classes fill up fastest.
