Data Protection Notice (KVKK / GDPR)

1. Data Controller

This notice is provided by Welda ("Welda", "we") as the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). For any question or request regarding your personal data, contact us at get@welda.app.

2. Data We Process

When you contact us by email, we process your name, email address and any information you choose to share in your message.

Our hosting infrastructure may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, access time) for security and error diagnostics. This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed to respond to your inquiries, run demo and quotation processes, deliver our services where a contract is concluded, and meet our legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases

Processing relies on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of the KVKK and Article 6 of the GDPR: performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests.

5. Sharing of Data

Your personal data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required, and to our hosting providers to the extent technically necessary to deliver the service.

6. Retention

Personal data is kept only as long as required for the purposes above and for any statutory retention periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK and Articles 15–22 of the GDPR you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure, know the third parties to whom data is transferred, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages.
