e-Archive Invoice

An e-archive invoice is a type of invoice that is created, stored and, when needed, delivered to the buyer in electronic form rather than on paper. It is typically used for invoices issued to people and businesses that are not registered in the electronic-invoice (e-invoice) system, and it is also common in retail sales to end consumers. The original of the invoice is generated digitally, while any printed copy serves only as a visual representation.
