Session Package

A session package is a way for a clinic or aesthetic center to sell a service as a predefined number of sessions bundled together, instead of selling each appointment individually. For example, a laser hair removal, skin care, or physiotherapy service may be sold as a package of 6 or 10 sessions for a single price. When a client purchases the package, they receive the full session entitlement; one session is deducted on each visit, and the remaining count is tracked over time.

Session packages matter to a clinic's operations because they support treatment continuity for the client while keeping revenue and remaining entitlements easy to monitor. If the number of sessions used, those left, and the date of each completed session are not recorded, incorrect billing or forgotten appointments can occur. For instance, when a client who bought an 8-session package completes 3 sessions, the system shows the remaining 5, so both the client and the clinic share the same information.
